对胎体材料中添加稀土元素问题进行了试验研究。对添加稀土和未加稀土的胎体性能进行测试,结果表明,添加稀土比未加稀土的胎体材料的抗弯强度、硬度和冲击韧性均有所提高,其中抗弯强度提高了10%-62%,冲击韧性提高了5%。胎体中添加稀土对提高胎体和金刚石碎岩工具的技术经济指标具有重要作用,并且为在胎体材料中实现以Fe代Co创造了有利条件。  相似文献

太钢(集团)有限公司矿业公司峨口铁矿是一个从20世纪60年代就开始开采的老矿区,经过长期开采储量已严重不足。为了延长矿山寿命,需要进一步扩大勘探范围,在原有矿山周边地区进行勘探。最初采用岩心勘探钻机进行常规回转钻进加套管护壁,历时3个月。在上部堆积体地层最大钻孔深度达到约20m,再也无法继续钻进,使勘探工作被迫停止。针对深厚堆积体地层钻孔施工遇到的具体困难,介绍了风动潜孔锤双管跟管钻进在工程施工中的应用,在对深厚堆积体地层进行分析的基础上,探讨进行深厚堆积体地层钻孔施工的工艺方法及技术措施;在钻孔结构基础上选择钻孔设备及钻孔机具的一般原则,对深厚堆积体地层的钻孔工程施工具一定指导意义。  相似文献

Waves carried in the borehole can be measured by the use of controlled sources inside the borehole and receivers located in the same borehole as well. This article gives the theoretical background and develops a new method to determine rock-physical parameters out of such controlled measurements of waves carried inside the borehole. Theoretical dispersion curves of the group velocities are matched to dispersion analyses of registrations obtained in the borehole. This inversion process intends to determine the in situ porosity and permeability of the rock.  相似文献

The Formation Evaluation Tool (FET) introduced in the paper represents a new generation of formation evaluation systems developed and manufactured by China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), CNOOC, using a FET technology transfer from Crocker Research, Australia. The system has been applied successfully in the Bohai Sea and South China Sea. For instance, a multilayered oil and water system has been confirmed with the aid of accurate formation pressure tests, even in very thin beds and edge water reservoirs, overcoming the difficulty of determining this kind of oil-water and gas-water contacts. Moreover, the FET pumping and real-time fluid monitoring function allows acquiring a true sample of formation fluid unpolluted by drilling mud which plays an important role in determining the fluid properties of the target stratum and analyzing the fluid component. The principles and purpose of the Formation Evaluation Tool (FET) will be briefly introduced and successful examples of the application of the technology will be described in detail in this paper.  相似文献

Geographic visualization tools with coordinated and multiple views (CMV) typically provide sets of visualization methods. Such configuration gives users the possibility of investigating data in various visual contexts; however, it can be confusing due to the multiplicity of visual components and interactive functions. We addressed this challenge and conducted an empirical study on how a CMV tool, consisting of a map, a parallel coordinate plot (PCP), and a table, is used to acquire information. We combined a task-based approach with eye-tracking and usability metrics since these methods provide comprehensive insights into users’ behaviour. Our empirical study revealed that the freedom to choose visualization components is appreciated by users. The individuals worked with all the available visualization methods and they often used more than one visualization method when executing tasks. Different views were used in different ways by various individuals, but in a similarly effective way. Even PCP, which is claimed to be problematic, was found to be a handy way of exploring data when accompanied by interactive functions.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Bertin’s first book, Semiology of Graphics, was published in 1967. His second book, Graphics and Graphic Information Processing, was subsequently published in 1977. The word “processing” in the title of the second book is interesting because in those days there were no personal computers with an interactive display system. But in Bertin’s laboratory there were many kinds of tool kits – basically manually developed thematic maps and data analysis. Bertin’s methods were concerned with making a thematic map and data visualization. Maps, and more generally graphics, were represented by sets of cartographic symbols. Thus, they are abstractions that demand both theoretical and technical literacy to represent and understand them. If the representation is systematic, a sort of tool kit might be necessary, because the representation demands consistency based on the theory. Otherwise a cartographer faces the risk of an unstable and unintelligible representation. In this paper, we discuss the discrimination between tool kits intended either for an automated system or a process assisting system. The latter process might be useful and necessary to develop a graphic way of thinking. This investigation refers to Bertin’s books, materials conserved at the National Archives in Paris, and other related software developed later.
